Cordofolia( I think...)

 My plant definitely appears to be a type of succulent. It's not
actually a vine like plant but does resemble what I would call a ground
covering. The leaves are heart shaped and fairly small and it is a pale
lime green color.
 As I mentioned before it was growing around a swimming pool in a high
exposure area.
 Thanks in advance for any input you may have.
