Subtracted Libraries

I'm looking for information from anyone regarding non-PCR based methods for
producing subtracted libraries.  Specifically, I know that Dynal suggests
the use of
oligo-dT beads to make subtracted libraries, but I can't find a protocol
anywhere.
Does anyone have any information or a protocol regarding the use of Dynal
beads
for the above purpose, or any other non-PCR based protocols?
