Phoenix Roebellini

Hi all,
I have a rather large indoor, potted Phoenix Roebellini.  I only got it a
couple of months ago.  It was already a little droopy on some leaves, but
they got worse.

Does anyone have any ideas why?

And can you tell me some general characteristics / care instructions of this
beautiful palm?

For example....how long does it live, how big does it get, how often does it
get new leaves (can I encourage new growth?)
What should I look for in a fertilizer?

Sorry for so many questions :)  (newbie alert!!!)
