I want to perform an in-situ-cDNA-synthesis, because I dont´t got enough materiel for RNA-extraction. Does anybody have a suggestion, how to get rid of the RNase-activity? And how can I destroy the cells without destroying the RNA? Any suggestions will be welcome! Thomas
