One bioinformatics postdoctoral associate is needed immediately for a
NSF 2010 functional genomics project analyzing the expression patterns
and substrate preferences of the 270-member Arabidopsis P450 gene
family. He/she will concentrate on construction of a web-based P450
database including sequences, pathway, and expression data. Key
Responsibilities include: Design, implement and document software
development for the P450 project and data analysis. Required: Ph.D.
degree, preferably in plant physiology or biochemistry fields with
sufficient
programming experience in Java, Perl, relational database, and web
