HI,
Im looking for a protocol for analysing Arabidopsis by FACS analysis. I cant
use a protocol with RNase because Im using DAPI stain. I dont know if that
makes any sense and I apologise if it doesnt but I dont really understand
what I'm doing. Im a final year project student and my lecturer is about
as useful as an underwater hairdryer!! If anyone could shed some light in
the situation I would be so so so grateful!
