Preparation of alpha and beta subunit of bovine hemoglobin

I am studying on oxydation of hemoglobin. Due to the study, I have to

separate alpha and beta subunit of bovine Hb. I know that there are some

numbers of papers about it. They are about human Hb and I cannot find one

about bovine Hb. Is it possible to separate it with the method for human

Hb? Does anyone know about it?
