fellow scientists,
i would like some help in choosing a wash buffer for a filter binding assay of
free/bound dna probes.  washing leads to dissociation of the complex and a
deflation of the fraction bound at a given time point.  are there any low ionic
strength solutions which could be used to wash free probe, but favor
association of bound complexes??
