Signal Seq. Trap

I am looking for a SIGNAL SEQUENCE TRAP
CAN ANYONE HELP ?

The plasmid-trap I have in mind should have the following features:

1)	ori for replication in E.coli
2)	medium copy number in E.coli
3)	antibiotic resistance marker
4)	upstream E.coli -10/-35 promoter
5)	multiple cloning site downstream from promoter
6)	signal-minus indicator gene downstream from cloning site (eg phoA)
