Need Info: Professional Soc/Org of Biochem/Mol Bio/Immunology

Hi,
	I am looking for a list of professional societies/organizations

related to biochemistry / molecular biology which do not require a PhD to

accept membership. This is for a person with a masters degree in 

biochemistry and actively involved in research (carcinogenesis) and 

has few publications too!   Thanks in advance...
