Storage buffer looks fine. For long term storage, I would suggest
aliquoting into Eppendorf tubes, flash freezing in liquid nitrogen and
storing at -80C. For shorter term (i.e. weeks), you may find it
convenient to have stuff at -20C. Since you've got 50% glycerol in the
storage buffer, you can simply take out what you need without having to
thaw the sample.
