Dear netters:
I need to perform a glycosylation (with a pentasaccaride) at specific
asparagine residues in a polypeptide chain. The pentasaccaride could be
linked also at the C-terminus of the amino acid chain. Any suggestion
(including reference to some publisherd data) will be gratefully
appreciated.
