A quick search of Entrez reveals that a number of eukaryotic
MTases have been cloned and sequenced. You should have no
problem pulling them down with either the Retrieve E-mail server
(retrieve at ncbi.nlm.nih.gov), various gopher servers (gopher.nih.gov
is a good place to start), or Web servers (see
http://golgi.harvard.edu/sequences.html for a listing).
