actin inhibitors

Does anyone know of proteins which are inhibitors of actin/myosin
contraction that have cDNAs available for? I know that phalloidin binds
to it, but does it inhibit, and is it selective? Also, I can't find
details of it in SwissProt, or Genbank. 

Any other ideas?
