3D protein data (PDB)??

Hi netters,
I am trying to locate the PDB type coordinates for the 
a) human fibronectin type III cell binding domain. Main et al., Cell 71, 671 ff (1992) and 
b) human EGF Cooke et al. Eur. J. Biochem. 193. 807 ff (1990).
I cannot find them in the PDB data base. The papers however mentioned the 
data to be submitted to PDB.
Can anyone help me ith the location or even send them to me? I do not have 
easy access to FTP!
