Simple MW ASSay

To get an accurate MW determination, you would have to do a density gradient
centrifugation. The actual setting up of the gradients, balancing the tubes,
and using the ultracentrifuge should probable be done by someone who is more
experienced, but the student could prepare the sample and analyze the 
fractions. An alternative approach would be to estimate the MW by column
chromatography.

To come up with other ideas, I would need more detailed info.
