Is Pierce Immunopure any good?

I will be affinity purifying an antibody (both for Western blotting work
and immunolocalization in plant tissue) and I was wondering whether anybody
had tried Pierce's ImmunoPure Ag/Ab Immobilization Kit #1, or their
AminoLink coupling gel.

Any advice on this product, or any other (better?) way to affinity purify,
would be much appreciated.
