Information wanted on Cubic Membranes

     I read an article in 'Science News' April 23 vol.145, No. 17.pp.266 a very
interesting article on Cubic Membranes.  Unfortunately it does not give any 
information as to which technical journal this was originally published.  I was
wondering if anybody had any information on this subject any references etc. 
that I could look up.  I would appreciate any help.
