sigma Rabbit MT

Help,
I bought rabbit MT II from Sigma and made several SDS-PAGE with it.
My problem is that I get two bands, one 10-12 kDa the other about 16,
while the protein is only about 6.2 kDa, as expected by aminoacid 
sequence.
Since Sigma couldn't give clear infos (about 9000-10000 according 
to Nordberg, is what they said) about how big they really appear 
in the gel, does anybody know how it looks like?
