 Dear Netters,
 
 We have been using HRP-conjugated anti-human IgG and IgM extensively in 
 our assay.
 
 We decided to use gold-colloid conjugate system and interested in knowing 
 possible protocol for conjugation of gold particle to immunoglobulin .
 Any information regarding the conjugation protocol would be very much 
 appreciated.
