Proteinaceous net,

Is anyone out there aware of a software program that makes predictions on the
suitability of an alpha-helical projection to interact with calmodulin.  I
realize the rules for interaction are loose (at best), but has anybody played
the molecular modeling/stat. prob. game with this interaction?
