Role phosphate grup on protein in its isoelectric point.

I'm working with protein, I suspect contain phosphate grup. I have 3
isoforms of this protein (pI 6.2, 6.3, 6.4).
Does anybody know about general rule (of course if is it) about, how will
change isoelectric point of protein if I cut of phosphate grup with
alkaline phosphetase.
