Hi.
I was wondering if anyone out there would share their favorite ways
for oxidising disulphide bridges. I've engineered in a couple into
my enzyme, but they don't seem to want to form. Making the grand
assumption that they ever will, how should I progress? Folk have
mentioned CuSO4, K3Fe(CN)6 and iodosobenzoic acid, but I need to
chase down some refs. for concns, pH, etc... ANY and all help on
the subject would be appreciated.
Cheers in advance!
Tripp
