cytokine response elements

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but I need advise.  I want to 
hook  cytokine (IL-4 and IFN-gamma) resopnse elements to a reporter gene.  
Are there any response elements for each cytokine that will work in any 
cell or a broad range of cells? rather than being cell specific, such as 
only working in eithelial cells etc.  I have tumour cell lines I would 
like to do this work in (mesothelial).  Thanks in advance.
