Trp-rich protein needed

     Does anyone know of a protein which contains a high percentage of 
     Tryptophan?  I am trying to develop a method of quantitation of Trp by 
     amino acid analysis and would like a protein standard.  
     
     Also, does anyone have a method that they use to quantitate Trp that 
     they would be willing to share with me?
