help! calcium-dependent enzymes

i'm an electrical engineering student modeling the kinetics of 
calcium-dependent enzyme systems.  my knowledge of biological
and chemical systems is limited.

help: can someone recommend a simple calcium-dependent enzyme to
study?  ideally, i would be able to measure the activity of
the enzyme fluorescently in real-time.
