beta-strand-pairing-prediction

Hey all.

We are looking for a prediction tool or algorithm to predict
the pairing of beta-strands into sheets - parallel or antiparallel.
Given you have the assignment of the beta-strands, what strand pair 
to what strand and in what fasion? parallel or anti-parallel?
There has been some work on this hard subject but are
anyone aware of references or
ftp or email servers dealign with the subject?
