##Trans.Factor program##

Hi,
I'm looking for a program that will tell you if a given DNA sequence 
will bind to a known transcription factor. I've been told that IG Suite, 
Geneworks, and GCG  will all do it. I was wondering if anyone knows of 
any beta versions of these or any other free programs that might be 
found on the www.
