Protein Standards in 2D-PAGE?

	Hi all,
Thanks for the replies to my previous questions.
I have a question regarding which proteins are used as standards in
2D protein gels.  
	Most people use actin as a standard to quantify induction.
There has been some dispute in my lab about actin being induced
in the cell conditions I am looking at.
	What other proteins do people use as standards to quantify
protein induction?  Or is actin the only one used?
