Dye Affinity Resins

There is an extensive review by G. Kopperschlager, HJ Boehme and E 
Hofmann published in Adv. Biochem. Eng _25_, 101-142 (1982 that covers 
both procedures for preparing the matrices and how they have been applied 
in affinity purifications.  We have used Cibacron Blue F3G-A immobilized 
on polyamide membranes for several purifications, but you have to be 
carefule about cleavage of the dye in acid conditions.  Good luck.
