enrichment of a low activity enzyme

Hi all!

does anybody out there know  how I could enrich trehalose-6-phosphate-synthase from Actinoplanes? the  problem is that the 
activity is extremely low (about 200 picokatal per milligramme proteine). Bye Bernd
