Hi everybody, Someone recently told me that baculovirus encodes his own protease, this could explain the weird expression patterns I obtain. Does anybody have experience with unexpected breakdown products and how to avoid this? Or.. does anybody know of a reference regarding this problem? Thanx, Fred
