Hi Netters

I'm trying to recover protein from blotted membrane (after transfer

of proteins from SDS-PAGE gel to PVDF membrane). It seems to look

difficult 'cause tiny amount of prteins may be diluted during

detachment procedure. I'm trying to go on another analysis after

the recovery of protein so minimum loss of sample would be required.
