dye migration on PAG

I'm attempting my first protein eletrophoresis and western blots, and I
have a very basic question on dye migration:

I'm using a 6% polyacrylamide gel.  The bisacrylamide to acrylamide ratio
is 1:29.  I would like to know the approximate mass of protein that
co-migrates with the bromophenol blue dye front on such a gel.  Can any
point me to a reference that might give this information for varying gel
concentrations or crosslinker rations?
