You should use a WWW gateway. There are several:

- the one at the PDB itself which you apparently don't like:
  http://www.pdb.bnl.gov/cgi-bin/browse
- full-text search at the NIH:
  http://molbio.info.nih.gov/cgi-bin/pdb
- Moose:
  http://db2.sdsc.edu/moose/
