Dear netters, Could anobody tell me a good method to have an extract of complete protein of bacteria where I have induced expression of a human protein. We want to use this extract to performe a enzimatic assay with the protein expresed, it must work after the extraction. We are handling differents methods but we are not sure yet. Thanks in advance
