Hallo, I need to put together a few demonstrations of competitive enzyme inhibition without spending a lot of money on the enzymes. Can anyone suggest a competitive inhibitor of glucose oxidase, for example? Or an inhibitor for any other commercially available and cheap enzyme? Thanks a lot, David Moss
