Elution of protein from SDS-Page slice for immunization

Hi there,

i would like to purify an antigen on SDS-PAA-Page prior immunization of
mice. Now i am looking for the most appropiate method or device which
allows me to do that nice 
and easy !?!
Is there anybody who can supply me with some tips about passive diffusion,
chemical or electroelution?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
