How to show protein interaction?

I'd try analytical gel filtration if you have the equipment (i.e. an
FPLC/HPLC). Alternatively, you may try analytical ultracentrifugation
(I have absolutely no experience with this) or maybe non-denaturing
gel electrophoresis.
