Accutane caused false positive HIV-tests?

Hi there.
Has anyone experiences with Accutane and false positive HIV-tests?
In Germany Accutane is traded as Roaccutan.
The active substance is Isotretinoin.
We published one of these false positive cases on Accutane at:

It is no longer a single case. Several same cases became known
to us!
What do you think about the unknown/undocumented side effects?
Hoffmann-La-Roche dismissed any correlations.
