Hi, Our lab is thinking about buying one of the pHook kit from Invitrogen. It allows you to isolate transfected cells from untransfected ones with the help of magnetic beads. We would like to have comments from people that tried it, with AND without success. Also, if you've heard of other systems that could do the same job, let us know ! Thank you very much !
