Tris/tricine SDS-PAGE

	I run a 16.5% gel (from 29:1 acryl/bis stock) for 6 and 7.5KD 
proteins.  After destaining in 40% MeOH/10% HOAc I give it about an hour 
in 5% MeOH/7% HOAc and it dries just fine under heat and vacuum.
