Poor expression in E. coli

Hi,

I'm working in identification of special protein sequences
that get problems in clonage over E. coli, Yeast, mammal, etc...
using a program that I made.
If you have some sequences that give to you problems 
when you clone, please send me a reply message or a mail.
I'm very interested in this sequences and in the
information about where is the sequence problem.
