Re. Sensitive Protein Stains

Hello.  I don't see problems with coomassie blue stain on the bands run
on our Beckman sequencer.  Have you tried to destain the bands further
AFTER you cut them out?  Your protein isn't going anywhere with vigorous
destaining.   Regards, Tom
