Expression of whole human mucin

My problem is very low expression level of human salivary mucin (MG2).  
To-date there is no paper on this subjects.  Only expression of N-terminal or C-terminal expression of mucin has been reported.

Can somebody suggest me the best expression system for MUC7? 

I appreciate any suggestions in this regard.
