hi, Has anyone already study Hemoglobin using Fourier Transform IR for concentrations as low as 0.2% in water-alcohol solution. The ultimate achievement is to drive a synthesis of peptides using IR spectroscopic suitable captors (which do not exist). Thanks for any kind of suggestion
