Hi, has anybody experience with protein expression using the IMPACT system from NEB? I have a very low expression level, tried already different media, temperature of induction, amount of IPTG. Does anybody has a useful hint? Did someone express a protein successfully and in large amounts? Thanks already for replies. Nicole
