Secondary Structure Prediction

Hi all,
In Tom Creighton's book "Proteins: Structures and Molecular Properties,"
he noted that
"identical pentapeptides adopted the same secondary structure in
unrelated proteins of known structure in only 20% of the cases."
He has a list of references at the end of the "Predicting Secondary
Structure" section, but I'm not sure which ref it's in. Has anyone ever
read anything like this before?
Sincere regards,
JJ Miranda
