pUC10 is an oddball vector which never made it into wide general usage.
You will have better luck if you get the original papers from Viera (sp.?)
and Messing describing construction of the plasmids pUC8/9 and pUC12/13 -
pUC10 is likely one of the intermediates in the construction of these
