reference on protein-DNA Kd?

  I'm looking for a nice review or text (for teaching graduate students) on
protein - DNA interactions, that would discuss methods for measuring
binding constants and specificity.
  A nice one-review-fits-all on footprinting would also be great.
  Any suggestions?
